CHIEF BOLARINDE S. O. - Chairman
Chief S. O. Bolarinde, the Chairman Board of Directors, is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from the John Delton College, Manchester, England. He has M.Sc. Degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Surrey, England and equally obtained a number of Certificates in management from the Lagos Business School and from Asbridge Management College, UK. He rose through the ranks to become the Managing Director/CEO of Vitafoam in March 2002, and currently he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, a wholly owned Nigerian Company quoted on The Nigerian Stock Exchange. Chief S. O. Bolarinde also holds many other Board appointments, including Director in UAC Nigeria Plc, Consolidated Breweries Plc, and Toyota Nigeria Limited etc.

MR. WALE ONIGBODE - Managing Director/CEO
Wale Onigbode is a 1993 graduate of economics from the Ogun state university, Ago-Iwoye, is a Chartered Stockbroker with a masters degree in business administration (MBA). He is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Calyx Securities Limited. His experience in the capital market span a period of eight years during which period he has contributed immensely towards the development of the Nigerian capital market in various capacities.

AIR VICE MARSHAL JOE EHIGIE (RTD) - Director
Air Vice Marshal Joe Ehigie retired from the Nigerian Air Force after 30 years of meritorious service. A trained pilot, he holds a Masters of Science Degree in Defence Studies from the University of Madras, India. He retired from the military in 1994, and has since been engaged in private business, with interest spanning shipping, contracting, trade finance and stock broking, many successful Private and Public Issues, the most recent being that of Tripple Gee and Company Plc.

MR. FEMI OLUBANWO - Director
Mr. Femi Banwo is a law graduate of University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1982 and has been practicing law ever since. He is a founding partner in the Lagos Law Firm of Banwo & Ighodalo, Company and Commercial Law Practitioners with substantial experience in Nigerian Capital Market transactions. He is also a director of several other companies operating in different sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Mrs. Gloria Atta is a graduate of King’s School, Cambridge, U.K. King’s School Ely, UK, Brillanfmont Ecole International Lausanne, Switzerland, Belmont Abbey College Belmont, NC, USA, and Lagos Business School, Lagos. She has a wide range of management experience having served as a Manager in T. Y. Holding Limited., the Managing Director of Bellamina Nigeria Limited, and an Executive Directors of NAL COMET Shipping Agencies Limited, a position she still holds to-date.

DIMA ORUENE - Director
Dima Nemibo Oruene holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from International Graduate School of Management, University of Navar, Spain. He has also attended many other training courses both locally and overseas. Dima Oruene was the Assistant Consultant in PriceWaterHouse, Senior Consultant, Agusto & Co. Limited, Managing Consultant, Alliance Consulting, and currently the Managing Director/CEO of IBFC Agusto Training Limited, a position he holds to date. He is an innovative and seasoned Senior Executive and Consultant with a successful background in turnaround and startup situation. He has over 14 years experience in all phases of strategic planning, operations, and financial management.

ADEKOYEJO IDOWU - Director
Mr. Koye Idowu obtained his first degree in Economics from Middlesex University, England. He latter proceeded to the University of Missouri St Louis in USA where he obtained his masters degree in Economics. After his University Education he joined International Bank Ltd as an executive trainee, he left the service of the company to set up an export oriented manufacturing company which he still manages to date.
